For at least thirty years kids have been taught that Kennedy did something strange with Vietnam, which Johnson sort of let slip away while he was taking the oath on that jet next to Jackie, AND THEN NIXON BOMBED CAMBODIA!!! I have no doubt at all that history will record Obama being just as innocent.

Meh. If were actually going to try to accomplish things, airstrikes are good ways to bring the hammer of the gods to hajji. Might as well use technology to our advantage. It's not the end-all be-all, but working smarter is a good thing.
