What is it with people finding luridly colorful ways of getting killed with wood chippers? I can't walk by one of the things without shivering. And boy, that's going to be a fun thing to clean up, eh?
Shocker that it's Florida. And chippers aren't too difficult to clean. They come apart pretty easily and then it's just a matter of hosing down the parts, drying them off, re-lubing as needed, and re-assembly.
Or, easier still, just run a bunch of wood through. It'll clean it out nicely.
