Sukhoi has posted a video of the first flight of its 5th-gen fighter prototype, and, as someone who remembers the YF-23, it sure looks mighty familiar. The question is, is the resemblance caused by arriving at the same solution, or is it caused by Xeroxing the blueprints? The Soviets Russians are fine aeronautical engineers, so if this thing ever goes into production I'd expect it to be formidable.

I'm just trying to decide if it should have a Northrop nameplate on it or not.
