Patch O' Bullsh*t.

Now I have seen it all. If you can't get home early enough to walk the dog, then you have a problem.

Old dogs that have urinary problem etc.. puppies, sure.. but really, be responsible.

When your "pet" is actually an accessory, this makes sense. Minimize the time necessary to maintain it. Pretty sure this wouldn't work all that well for a full grown Great Dane, Irish Wolfhound, Saint Bernard, Mastiff, etc.
