Never Let the Facts Get in the Way of a Good Story
This just in: JFK was gunned down by an extreme right-wing lunatic. The only thing richer than ignoring the historic facts of Oswald's beliefs and motivations is ignoring which party benefited the most from JFK's assassination. I've been entertained watching the moonbats twirl in their belfries for about nine years now. I've just never seen them spin this fast.
Man, the hits just keep coming for historical accuracy. First we have Sarah Palin being condemned for things Tina Fey says, now we have Lee Harvey Oswald decreed a right-winger because he did a bad thing, and everybody (who isn't a right-winger, and you don't want to be called a right-winger do you?) knows Marxists never do bad things.
Seems more sad than funny, not to mention really scary. An environment where feelings are considered more important than facts is perfect for the process of denouncement that was used to carry out the Holocaust.
