Laser Spark
It would seem the next endangered auto technology is the spark plug. Great. Yet another part that will eventually become impossible to find for the cars I drive. Ah, well...
I dunno. Seems that spark plugs are cheap and lazors aren't. Especially when the lens or lens protector fails and the unit needs to be replaced. Plus, there's a metric shiatload of cars with plugs out there.
My X? Plugs will be available for my entire life. Your Alfa? Well, unless it uses the same plugs as a comparable Japanese or American car, no dice.
