Boy, am I glad Bush was the last president! Otherwise we'd have nobody to blame for these horrific budget deficits. Well, except for, you know...
Well, at least the men and women of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing will remain gainfully employed...printing out all that new paper money needed to cover this monstrosity.
Even if everyone else is out of work.

Is this more of the "It's not in the budget so it doesn't count tword the deficit" accounting??
I don't think W was running a 300+ Billion dollar surplus when he signed the 700+ Billion dollar bank bailout. If it is I wonder how much more "Not in my budget so it doesn't count" line items there are (Or for that matter if any are in Obama's budget)
