She didn't seem to be particularly well-prepared in any sense of the word. You'd have to figure that you're going to be asked what to do and that answering that, "we need to work on our friendship that we have between these two countries" probably isn't a particularly useful sentiment. Especially since the friendship seems to equate to, "I keel you!"

She's either the stupidest beauty pageant contestant in the world, or the smartest. I can't believe she would keep finding so many places to use the word "condone" in her sentences if she was being stupid rather than snide.
