Well, certainly not Mark, but still:
A man wearing a World War II Nazi uniform and carrying a powerful German rifle of the same vintage quickly told police his mission: He was on the way to kill a man.
Something called an "8mm Mauser" sounds more like a pistol than a powerful gun, but wtf do I know?
8mm Mauser is in fact a 98k Mauser bolt-action rifle that shoots 8mm (7.92mm in fact) ammo.

Probably just a step below "shoots through schools".
Posted by: ronaprhys on November 21, 2008 12:27 PMNo, it's not. Designed to kill people, and does it with typical German efficiency.
Posted by: Mark on November 23, 2008 05:16 PMMaybe one day Scott will learn that rifles tend to use bullets of a smaller diameter than many popular pistol rounds, but one hell of a lot more powder behind it.
Posted by: ronaprhys on November 23, 2008 06:14 PMThat's kind of the difference between a rifle and a shotgun... A rifle has a little bullet with lots of powder, while a shotgun has a big bullet (or lots of small ones) with relatively little powder.
