Things like this are the greatest reason to live some distance from civilization. Why? Because in non-commie states, you're allowed to shoot stuff on your own property. One still needs to follow appropriate range and firearm safety rules, but to be able to shoot pretty much any inanimate object you want is just too much fun to pass up.
