What better way to memorialize a war most people forget about after high school than a pair of giant toy soldier statues in front of an apartment building?
As I was just telling Kelowna (a Canadian friend of mine who used to manage the club ChiarOscuro and now lives in Toronto once again):
Victory for you guys 'cause Canada didn't become American, and victory for us 'cause America didn't become British (again).
Everybody wins!
Except the British.
Plus we got a National Anthem out of it that almost no one knows the second verse to.

I'd call it a draw. Victory for you guys 'cause Canada didn't become American, and victory for us 'cause America didn't become British (again).
Everybody wins!
Except the British.
Plus we got a National Anthem out of it that almost no one knows the second verse to.

But you get the general (or at least lieutenant-colonel) idea.
