Amber and I once saw a vehicle very similar to this, except that they'd moved the front seat and dashboard into the back seat. To make this workable, they also moved the glass back and extended the hood back to meet the glass. In essence, the passenger compartment became a coupe and much shorter in overall length and the hood became that much longer.
