The tomb of the person who's life inspired the movie Gladiator has been found. It seems it had the good fortune to be buried under river floods, and seems to be fairly complete.
It just amazes me that after 1800 years something like this can be found more or less intact.
Of course, it also amazes me that mummified dinosaur skin from ~70 million years ago can be found, so what do I know?!? :-)
