But Does it Have Great Minty Freshness?

Double the engines, double the fun? Seems to me it would be "double the engines, double the weight and expense," but wtf do I know?

2 engines: great idea. Except where do you keep the fuel? I assume they have two mutually-exclusive fuel tanks. But it seems to me that without additional space for fuel, the range of this beast must be fairly limited.
