Potty Go Bye-Bye
When human idealism runs up against human nature, the results can sometimes be a really great deal on eBay. Homeless people trashing public facilities created for them. Nope, I didn't see that coming at all. Ha!
We used similar toilets when we were in Ireland, but they had a time limit. If you were in there longer than 5 minutes, the door opened.
Well, that and they cost something like 1 or 2 Euro to use (which converted out to 23 gallons in US American Dollars).
