Oh Nos!!! Upside Down Fish!

Aussie floats with its belly pointing up and its eyes staring down because of a problem with its swim bladder.

There was a show on Discovery Channel a couple of years ago about taking a Koi to a Vet in Great Britian from the US. He repaired the swim bladder. Of course that was a much larger fish, much more expensive too
