This became important as some of the taller business socks are significantly thinner and I wanted to make sure it wasn't someone mis-naming something.
It wasn't. It's actual frickin' pantyhose. The key word in there is panty. As in women's underwear. No. Absolutely not.
I've heard of hunters using it - but that's what long johns/thermal underwear is for.
