The End of the Flight
It seems "white flight" is no more. The article contains the standard leftist hand-wringing over the wrong sort of change, as well as a bit of statistical misinterpretation for spice. Personally, I wonder if it's not a sign that we really are, very gradually, learning to live together? That self-appointed "representatives of the black community" would bemoan this is disappointing, but not particularly surprising.

You know what, Ms Reyes? You're right. You're absolutely right. Your children are undisciplined thugs who destroy the classroom environment, both figuratively and literally. They drag the entire class down to their kindergarten level of learning. The teachers spend most of their time acting like baby-sitters to your mindless brats. Why is it so surprising that other parents wouldn't want their children to be around yours?
