An RAF Top Gun crash-landed a brand new £69million Typhoon fighter – apparently after FORGETTING to put the wheels down.
I picture Homer climbing out of the plane, saying "D'oh". Then hitting his head on the canopy, and yelling, "D'oh". From there, proceeding to trip as he falls out of the plane yelling, "D'oh D'oh D'oh" for every time he hits something new.
The pilot might not get canned, but he might end up flying something soon to be retired. While on loan to someone else military. On a base in the Arctic Circle.
