Any Brits who go on about how tacky people in the US can be are pleased to be shutting up and sitting down now. And all this time I thought Amber's dress was complicated...

Of course not. Now, the normal British reply would be something to the effect that we're infecting their youth with this nonsense.

Which should be replied to with, "too bad we're not infecting you with our dentists".

Chavs are, from what I can research, the equivalent of guidos here.

And apparently the deck stain thing seems to be a fad amongst the guido-types. Though they seem to prefer tones that have significantly more orange to them.
