Mark gets a no-prize that'll plead no-contest when it goes to trial for bringing us a rather colorful way of failing a sobriety test. You're doing it wrong!
Well, the drunkard did something right - namely, he got good and drunk. What he did wrong was drive or go into public. Aside from that, why in the hell would the cop need the straight masking tape line? He was in a parking lot full of lines.
Maybe the drunkard's lawyer can use that?
