Mom, is that You?
Sorta puts that whole "pizza boxes in the oven" thing in perspective, eh?
A 42-year-old borough woman was injured when what authorities called a stash of "homemade fireworks" stored inside her oven exploded.
My mother used to keep bread products in the oven. Turns out that it was a literal "the-only-way-it-fits-in-the-pan" story...she did it because her mother did it, and grandma did it because her mother did it, and great-grandma did it because there wasn't enough room in the pantry to keep the bread there.
Anyway. My mom stopped doing it after a disastrous series of events where I kept forgetting that she STORED FLAMMABLE OBJECTS IN THE OVEN.
