This particular demonstration is nearly a year old. The Wikipedia entries don't seem to be much more recent. I wonder how far along they've gotten since?
It's actually a part of the Windows Vista user interface, now. It's not as cool as it sounds, really; I hardly ever use it myself, except when looking for and removing duplicate pictures from my image directory.
