While the skills involved to create something like this are impressive, I can't actually see a steering wheel anywhere. That would seem to make this thing an exercise in creating a monstrous self-powered portable stereo system. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but in my opinion if I'm going to spend that kind of dough I better not have to push the damned thing anywhere.
I'm assuming that thing in the middle that looks like a birthing stool is where one would sit. Given that, that little doodad on the right (closest silver bit) might be a "fly by wire" steering wheel/gear shift control.
If not, they should incorporate an Xb0x controller (and an Xb0x) into the car to drive. With a flip of a switch, you're driving the car with the controller. Switch again and you're flying a Ghost or Banshee through the game. Just don't switch wrong and/or mount firearms on the car...
