Scientists have managed to extract protien from 68 million-year-old T-rex fossils, and now think their closest living relative may be chickens. Oh, how the mighty have fallen.
So the next time you see a chicken be nice to it. It could eat you.

Now, if we could just find a reasonable intact set of DNA, the fertilization could be complete. Breed a bunch of these and others and set them lose on some tropical island. To make it even more fun, don't let the locals know you're doing it...
