Guerilla Fountain

Turns out you need a permit to take a picture of this fountain (at least with a tripod). Who knew? So this is the only shot I got before I got shoo'd away by the security guard.

Where is this fountain? Where were you standing when taking this picture?

Reston Town Center, and I was probably sixty feet or so away from the fountain, coming up from behind through a breezeway.
