Note that, even though the window looks tilted, the base of the columns prove the camera was level. I'm not sure if this "tilted" effect is purely an optical illusion, or an artifact of using a very wide angle lens.
My guess is that it's due to the window being slightly tilted in (note that the base of the window appears to be placed closer to the outside of the building than the top). If I'm correct, then that should explain why it looks tilted (it is, just not to the side, but front to back).
