Thanks to Bike to Work day, I learned it's 21.93 miles from the end of my garage door to the wall behind my desk. 15 mph avg, ~ 1:45:00 travel time. Ellen had a performance last night and will do another one tonight, so we were actually taking it a little easy. Go us!
Now if the rain will either pass through before 3 pm or hold off until 5...
Hey - I biked to work today. And by biked to work, I mean I walked across the hallway from me bedroom to my office. And there's a bike near me. So that should count, no?
Posted by: ronaprhys on May 19, 2006 12:08 PMI think it only counts if a bike is involved in transport. Heck, I saw three bikes while I was driving to work, and there's one going by my office window now. So by that standard, I biked to work, too.
Now, if you tripped over the bike in the hallway, maybe that would count.
I'm with ronaprhys...
But I did go shopping by bike a couple of days ago... does that count?
