Apparently, our's road the short bus to school - missing a toe and has a shortened tail.
We're still working on a name, but now he's more or less settled in to his new home. I'll be setting up sand for his base here in a day or two and getting in the rest of his set-up done.
Posted by: ronaprhys on October 30, 2005 06:48 PMOurs is "special", according to Ellen as we were standing infront of the dragon guy "none of your pets are right, so why not this one". Well, I guess you are right, most of our animals need a litte bit of extra special love. We are still working on a name..we will keep you posted.
Posted by: amber on October 30, 2005 08:47 PMHmmm, missing a toe, short tail...short school bus...How about "Arkansas" for the name ;)
Yeah I am already expecting the beatings from certain people. It is worth it.
Joshua - I suggested Corky, but that was voted down as well.
Posted by: ronaprhys on October 31, 2005 10:43 AMBe careful Joshua, you will have to stand in line with Ron. lol I was thinking Chester might be a good name but then I remembered you all were too young to remember "Gunsmoke"
Posted by: Pat on October 31, 2005 10:56 AMOh don't worry Pat. I fully understand and accept all beatings that I have earned in life. Those that I haven't earned are the ones I fight against. I earned this one from you. For Scott this is just another day another Arkansas joke ;)
Posted by: Joshua on October 31, 2005 11:25 AMPat - I'm with Joshua. I've earned the beatings (and probably a trip to hell, as well). As for Scott, the whole a 'parrokeet in a cardboard box' has got to be the funniest joke anyone's ever gotten on him.
props to Joshua!
Posted by: ronaprhys on October 31, 2005 11:44 AMShoot I can't intimidate anyone any more. lol
