Where is this headstone located. Maybe there is a caretaker who would take care of it.

This is in the Congretional Cemetary. It is pretty well known for stones not being taken care of. I saw this stone last year- and it was broken then. By the looks of it and the wear on the edges of the stone, it has been that way for a LONG time.
