Cool only because nobody was seriously injured: an abject lesson in why people shouldn't screw around with trains. Apparently the cameras were set up by a lawyer trying to prove how unsafe the crossing was. Proof don't get much better than that!
Neat, but my favorite "safety demonstration" was that Darwin award (and probable urban legend) about two workers who suffered a near-fatal shock while setting up a metal ladder to reach a window whose metal frame happened to be touching a drooping wire. What made it worthy of a Darwin was when officals from the workers' insurance company tried to replicate the conditions of the accident, only without taking the safety precautions the workers had...
