well, i think one would notice it during foreplay and happily remove it. if they didn't, well, guess they may have Darwined themselves...

Depends... advanced models may be difficult to distinguish until they snap shut (either on a finger or on a penis, either way wouldn't be pleasant), and some women may forget to remove these snatch-traps before intercourse (especially if drunk).

Of course, for guys who have something to do with their lives, fear of a lawsuit or years of child support payments should be enough.
