A 10-week-old kitten shot twice with a BB gun is alive due to the efforts of a good Samaritan out for an early morning walk, Wednesday.Read entire here.Samperi called the emergency veterinarian's line and left a message. A staff member at St. Johnsbury Animal Hospital called her around 8:30 a.m. and told her to bring the kitten in.

Hey Vermont! Be on the look out for a serial killer in the making.
Again, is the death penalty too much to ask for in the sort of a case? Or, at the very minimum, public humiliation in form of a tattoo on the bastards forehead that says,"I kill things senselessly."
Now, I know s/he didn't kill the kitten, but it's likely that they've killed in the past, therefore, I feel they deserve the branding.
Posted by: ron on July 25, 2004 09:05 PMIt is also very likely he will kill and/or torture small animals in the future. A very vivd marker for a future serial killer.
Posted by: par on July 25, 2004 10:21 PMEye for an Eye,in this case. Those people Ron would call a watse of carbon, would do them some good to be shot twice in the head.
They dont necessarily need to live to tell about it.

I say find the bastard and break his/her hands. That would serve for a life long lesson to be learned.
