It seems to me that when we don't agree with what the media is saying, how they are saying it, or what they are ignoring, we point fingers at the media and say they are of the opposite political party leanings - in this case suggesting that the media is Liberal.
The media shows its less than Liberal leanings by its decision to avoid this or that story, reduce coverage of this or that story, and by often times finding reasons to pick at this or that more Liberal individual. One example: the Media neglecting to focus on the protesters all across the world in the thousands per location when Bush was originally talking of going to war in Iraq. This can easily be seen as a Conservative decision and not Liberal at all. Liberal would mean focusing on how many people did not want to go to war, how little support Bush had worldwide for his efforts, etc etc...
In any case, I think that Conservative Media outweighs Liberal Media in the mainstream.
