Well, at Least we Know These Won't Suck

Slashdot linked up this site providing new details on the upcoming boxed set of the original Star Wars movies. Gargantuan amounts of bonus materials are, of course, included.

We barely have time to watch a movie at all, let alone the bonus stuff. Maybe when Olivia can sit still long enough to watch the movie with us?

The actual original movies? Or the modified, rereleased things?

Point taken. Probably yet another iteration of the modified stuff. The complete originals probably now only live on in our memories (even the earliest video tape releases differed at least a tiny bit from the original theatrical movie).

Yeah, its just going to be the the modified versions. Just another prime example of Lucas failing to give the fans what they want, and falling short of our expectations....again.
