Shaving Industry Lies, where you'll find the truth about fancy razors, electric shavers, and just what, exactly, happens to your disposable razor when you're not around. Hint: it's not pretty, not pretty at all.
can we go buy you pink daisy razors and shave off the forest on your face?
People of the net! BEHOLD! I HAVE NEVER EVER NEVER seen Scott without his beard.
Sound off if you think he should shave for one time in 9 years!
Take away his stubblie stuff!!!
Posted by: skullkyng on March 17, 2004 04:24 PMOkay - I agree, it's probably a rip-off for most men to try and use the really expensive razors. But there are those of us who have very sensitive skin. If I shave using regular shaving creme, no matter what razor I use, and then shave again the next day, my neck looks like a war zone. Red nasty bumps, small scars, etc. Goddess forbid that I use some cheap-ass razor and Barbasol - I might actually bleed to death from that. Because of this, I have to use the Mach 3 Turbo's, Estee Lauder's Lab Series For Men Shave Creme ($18/tub - lasts about 3 months if Amber doesn't use it to shave her legs...), and shave in the shower to keep everything most and lubed. Also, I do have to change when the damn strip goes away.
As for electrics - well, my facial hair is way to thick and curly. If I try one of those, all it does is pull the hairs out. Not comfortable. Kind of like using one of those nasty-looking Igia things that I see on informercials...
Yeah - shave the thing. Make Ellen a deal. If you shave, she shaves...
