What, are scientists in Russia idiots? Hold a series of metal object behind a subject's body. Have her identify what the object are. Cirlce. Cross. Straight thingy. Etc. It doesn't have to be complex. If she actaully has x-ray vision she'll be able to differentiate simple metal shapes with virtually 100% accuracy. I'll personally add $1,000 to James Randi's Million Dollar challenge if this girl can prove that she has X-ray vision.

From the sound of the article, I get the feeling they "can't disprove" it mostly because she gets all teary-eyed and sniffly whenever anyone suggests she might be mistaken.
