CNN, the yellow-dog peanut gallery's favorite news outlet, is at it again:
CNN, which has marketed itself as an outlet for serious news, planted a question about computer preferences at last week's debate of the Democratic presidential candidates, according to the student who posed the query and on Monday wrote about it in an online forum of Brown University's Daily Herald.
The summary sounds innocuous enough, but read the article, it's worse than you think.
I actually don't watch Fox News all that much, but considering this is, what, the second or third time CNN's gotten caught doing something stupid this year, I think I'm probably going to stop tolerating people who hold FN up for ridicule. They may not say what you like, and they may not report the way you like, but I have yet to see them make any claim to be other than what they are... news from a conservative viewpoint.
Look, you're a dick, and no one gives a shit about your clearly unhealthy obsession with Fox News. All you have to do is go to the very top to see how much of a fucking political tool it is (The World According to Rupert Murdoch, they should rename the channel). And if you've got a problem with CBS, CNN, etc., then why don't you go to your next NRA meeting and talk about it with the folks there, perhaps while firing off a few rounds; make yourself feel like a big man.

Posted by: scott on November 5, 2004 07:58 AMhmmm - it seems that someone is a bit bitter about their candidate losing. Since there isn't any controversy, they had to try and find something to rant about.
As for the media being a political tool, I'd say they all are, one way or the other.
And the NRA crack is a bit off. As a responsible firearm owner, I'm wondering what the connection you're trying to make is. I've been shooting since I was 10 and have never attended an NRA meeting, much less squeezed off a few rounds to make myself feel like a big man.
And speaking of trying to make oneself feel like a big man, do you feel better now that you've ranted?

Posted by: ellen on November 5, 2004 08:38 PMI'm pretty sure our moonbat friend here posted in this long-dead topic in the hope that nobody would notice it, and it would thus go unchallenged. I guess the loony left needs all the tiny self-esteem boosts it can get right now.
Posted by: Tatterdemalian on November 5, 2004 10:30 PMI didn't think it was possible for anybody to be this stupid. I mean, apart from Ann Coulter, Bill O'Reilly and the entire Fox News team.
