Apparently stripteasing and pole dancing is becomming super popular at Crunch Gyms in the United States.
Now you can do this exercise in the privacy of your own home.
Sheila Kelley's S Factor Workout, Stripping for the Everyday Woman: The Basics, is a beginning workout video that focuses on teaching the S factor foundation with the final benefit of a stripping routine thrown in for good measure. Fun, sexy, athletic and strenuous, you won't believe that you ever lived with out it!
Not only can you get the video, you can buy the POLE!
believe it or not, this was on one of the news shows (Nightline or 60 Minutes or one of those....) a couple months ago....
My wife said basicallly the same thing... uhh-no.

The reason for this letter is that I'm interested in learning pole dancing...but there is nothing in the Michigab area,so I'm looking for something near by. So could you tell me more about what you offer and far it is from the Detroit, Michigan area.
Hope to hear from you soon....Coley
Posted by: Coley on July 18, 2005 08:38 PMThis topic really interests me because i just find it so sexy and alluring. If there are any Aussies here that know of where I can learn it properly, please email me.

Posted by: doormouse on August 19, 2005 11:24 AMI am a background actor. Just last week CSI did a segment on a Pole dancing class and of course someone gets murdered so they have to investigate. I was one of the housewives amongst the cute little young hotties.....I felt like Anna Nichole Smith trying to swing on this pole. The girls were so sweet and showed me some quick moves while the director and camera crew taped us in the background. Of course being a grandma I felt a little foolish...but I have to confess the next day and the day after, my muscles got a good work out from the few moves I did do! This is an excellent work out which can be done in the privacy of your own home and not in front of a camera crew filming a tv show!! It does give you a sense of confiedence and sexyness....although I still need to work on the last part only when I am around the cute little 20/30 year old hards bodies. A lot has come from strip clubs and women embrace them...look at the "thong"!!!! just a thought....cherio N
