Simple - Ome Henk's song "opblaaskrokodil" in dutch. If you listen carefully to the words, they sound like "french erotic film" etc. etc. So Albino made a film from that - excellent stuff, highly addictive.

From my weak dutch understanding it's really a song about somone preferring to drive next to the sea and look at the view instead of using technology (internet etc)
