This is the latest baby news on what you can't eat. I might as well just starve myself now.
Can't drink, can't take 'real' cold medication, no recreational herbs-well other than tea (it's a JOKE people!).
Don't mind me, I'll be the one sitting in the corner eating grass and dirt.
Only if the grass and dirt aren't chemically treated.
If I were you (and you really want fries), either check with the manufacture or go {horrified face here} online and find out the ingredients. It is probably just a by-product of the cooking process. Who knows, may be, BK fries are free; or may be only German fries/chips have that acrylamide.
I don't know about you, but I think I'd avoid most anything ending with amide.
You can't eat dirt! That's a sign of nutrient deficiency!
I have water, juice, and some bread for you. Would you like some?

Posted by: Pat on January 15, 2003 05:13 AMAsk Scott to cook some, from scratch, french fries for you in one of his fancy pans. I think it is the temperature that is the problem, although if you read closely their research only included three people.
Posted by: Pat on January 15, 2003 05:46 AMRead this week's articles on mental health in Time Magazine. One of the best things for pregnant women to eat in late stages of pregnancy and while nursing are omega-3's to insure good mental and emotional health. Omega 3's are found in walnuts, salmon, sardines, flax, soy, hemp seeds and fortified eggs. Sounds like a pretty tasty omelete?
