Ellen, as you well know, the problems is not with the little old men at work. The problem is with me but it was kind of you not to say so. I am literally eating myself to death. I have to learn to manage the issues causing me to punish my self in this manner. I haven't be able to do this so far but if I want to see your(you & Scott) children I am going to have to make some serious life style changes.

E I didn't mean to make you feel bad. My feelings certainly weren't hurt. It is just a fact that my weight is causing some serious health problems.
I just have to get up the guts to do something about it.
